: I liked the water park it was really nice.
: The ants there were terrible. My daughter and her friends got but up the whole stay !!! The house has ants everywhere!!

: The house was spacious
: We never had internet for the entire stay(I called several times and it never got fixed), the Ac stopped working, it took a dozen phone calls and two days for someone to come out and fix it with 4 asthmatic people in my family it made for two days of our 6 day vacation not feeling well. The pool filter stopped working and the pool became full of hair and other debri. Customer service was very rude and at one point the lady said “Are you finished yet?” Bc I was clearly upset with the house being 90+ degrees. I asked for management contact info several times to which I got a response of “they aren’t allowed to give that information out”. The bathrooms are polluted with small pee ants as well! Several belongings also came up missing. The thief even forgot one of their bags of our belongings behind which was found later. I only have one photo of the pool BC I had to email customer service a picture bc she didn’t believe me when I told her the filter wasn’t working! Clearly it’s very cloudy and dark. Our vacation was ruined because of our stay in this house. I would appreciate a refund of something for all of our trouble!!!!!
