  : The location is great. All staff on property were very friendly. The pool was great for the kids.
  : The floors could have been cleaner and there were no lights in the second bedroom. There was a lamp on the dresser, but it had no bulb. It also had no ceiling light.

  : The apartment was spacious & clean. We used the kitchen & table every day. It was stocked with basic cooking utensils. The lazy river & pool bar were perfect for relaxing days! Very close to Disney springs also

  : There were no lights in the ceilings of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has one small side table lamp, and neither lamp provided enough light for us to see around the rooms at night. Also, the lights didn’t work on patio, so we couldn’t sit out there for dinner! They did not provide toilet paper. There were only 5 towels even though I put down that we had 6 guests (they did bring us a towel on our last day). There was not a single blanket in the entire place - not in the bedrooms or the living room (but there were comforters on the beds). There was no salt/pepper/coffee, so we felt like there were no typical hotel conveniences.

  : Hideaway club was amazing, kitchen appliances were great, bathrooms were clean except the floors.
  : The floors were very dirty, the water was soft when we got there, hard the entire visit and then soft again the day we were leaving-not nice. Beds are hard and the carpets are very dirty and need to be replaced.
