8 Bedroom Vacation Home with Pool (1851)

  : I liked the idea and look of vacation rental however the home appears to have problems with how they were built. I also liked the close proximity of the attractions.
  : Experienced problems with the house as soon as we checked in. The first signs of trouble were that they have no onsite services for ACO vacation rental homes on Encore Reunion Resorts. Also we found out that we didn't even have access to the amenities on the property, as ACO renter's. Upon arrival to home, we found some bedroom linens were dirty and stained. Light fixtures were hanging in the master bathroom and door knobs were falling off in two bedrooms. The process of taking pictures of each issue and calling back and forth to the call center to email the pictures of needed repairs on the rental property was disappointing. While they were able to get needed repairs completed, by the last day of our 6 day stay, we found ourselves without use of air conditioning as a result of the system being overwhelmed and freezing up. The last 24 hours of the stay were horrible as a result. On check out morning, there was a major water leak as a result on the second floor and the ceiling plaster began falling down on the first floor. We ended up leaving the house before 6am on check out morning.

  : It’s kind a hard to tell what I did Liked in the stance of the house. The beds are comfortable that’s it.
  : The pool was dirty when I arrived to the house. The company in charge did not had the pool ready and well the theater. The movie theater didn’t work at all. Don’t take the pictures for real. The pool it’s smaller than what appears in photo. I passed basically my vacations texting and calling the company. Explaining trying to communicate with Home vacations .

  : I liked that the property was spacious and right in between a Publix and a Walmart plenty of gas stations and stores. House was beautiful as described. Very satisfied and would book again.
  : You have to check in about 1 mile away from the entry your directions are saying. My pin code was wrong and I had to stand outside for 1 hour and wait for maintenance to check me in and come to find out he was right next to me the entire time. He was at the wrong house for 30 minutes. The theatre was not able to be used, there was a code on the tv so that room was a waste. Pool was freeeezing cold. Cleaning company was standing by door at 10:55 waiting for us to leave which was very uncomfortable.

  : It was dirty when we got there . The pool was way to hot . My daughter got a bad brunt from the pool.

  : The house was very well equipped nothing worked but it could be nice if fixed. the pool was nice
  : The clothes dryer did not work. I asked the management company to fix it many times along with all the rest of the items that did not work and nothing was done. The movie projector in the media room did not work, one of the recliner chairs were broken. The a/c shut off around 11pm and didn’t come back on till morning the house was not in good working order the grill was locked and had to call maintenance to get the code the management staff kept saying they were taking care of the issues however they did not.
