  : Beautiful home, gorgeous kitchen.
  : There wasnt a whole lot of actually useful kitchen appliances. No basic items like salt/pepper, cooking oil for the pans, tin foil, the homely pancake mix you might find in the pantry.

  : When we got to the house the fridge was leaking all over the kitchen floor and we had to clean it. No baking sheets for cooking in the kitchen No hand towels in the kitchen or a place to put your washed dishes that you can't put on the counter. We left ours there for the next family to use. No duvets in the house for all beds to use as it was very cold in the home and the thin covers were not enough. Most of us slept with our sweaters and socks on. The duvets we did find had stains all over them The diningtablewas not child friendly, my kids hit their heads at least5 times. The carpets were all very dirty especially the rug in the family room next to the pool The towels were stained yet I was charged for stained towels and a broken glass bowl we didn't even use ($41.00) I emailed about a broken curtain on the patio door and one in the main bedroom floor which both were not responded to or fixed. There were no oven mitts for the oven that is a necessity and not a luxury Our kids bubbles were taken from the front porch while we were out for the day The pictures of the house don't match what you get. The furniture and home are rundown compared to the pics,the sofa is not very comfy downstairs and with so many people staying there are not enough spots for a family to sit together.

  : We had a problem with air conditioning on day 2 of our stay, 2 nights that air conditioning did not work , frozen up. Could have used few more kitchen items baking sheet, dish towels. Dishwasher leaked, no one ever came to fix it. Could have used more bath towels and washcloths.
