  : Missing smoke detector in one of the bedrooms. Toaster was broke. doorbell did not work. the floors were dirty and turned our sox black. walls need touch up paint. VHC hospitality management company is the worst , they wont answer the phone when you call them. When i did get through to them a man showed up who didnt speak English and promised to come back to fix above items and never came back.

  : I’ve been waiting to do this review, we originally had booked for this place but I had called earlier that day to see about an early check in but was told that it would not be available in time. When we arrived to the place at 4, we were told by the cleaners that we were supposed to be moved to a new location due to them still having to clean . Upon the new location, we found bed bugs the next day in multiple rooms which now we have bites. It took them hours to get in contact with, every time I called nobody answered the phone which I had to end up calling booking to report this issue. Upon calling booking, we were finally moved to a new location, spent the entire day washing and drying our clothes. The only thing they could compensate us with is a late check out, which was only 4 hours later than the originally time. I will never book with this company again nor refer anyone else to book with them, they don’t answer the phones nor messages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
