: Verey clean and easy reachable hotel. Welcome was very good, staff friendly and helpful. Extremely clean.
: Parking to be paid and Tele not working. For the price of the hotel i would expect that parking was included. Rooms were cold when arriving.

: *Absolutely gorgeous location with amazing views, right in the town, and a bus stop right out front (buses were very cheap, ~2 to Ljubljana) *Great that we were allowed to leave our baggage at the hotel after we checked out whilst we went on a September hike (caught a cheap bus to Ratee and walked up to the Three Country Border/Tromeja - highly recommended) *Nice breakfast (menu rather than a buffet), L'Occitane toiletries, Netflix on the TV, coffee pod machine, mini bar in room and room service, blackout blinds on the Velux windows *The listing/website isn't clear and there's no photos but there is a small spa with two saunas, and you can have in-room massages but we didn't have the chance to enjoy those
: *It didn't bother me but it bothered my partner but there was a random intermittent low hum coming from the air conditioner (even when it was off) that you didn't notice till it was late at night when you were trying to sleep (ear plugs were useful) *We also saw two silverfish on the ceiling by the air conditioner *The man at reception said the hotel bar/restaurant was shut at 3pm so we couldn't buy a drink (but as it was a Sunday, all the shops were shut too) *The restaurant was shut on the Saturday evening as well, not sure why. But there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in Kranjska Gora
