  : They gave us a big room on a ground floor which was very nice because we travelled with our dog. The staff was very nice, swimming pool is nice for rainy days. Location is great, whole area is very nicely maintained and super nice for walks at any time of day. Area is quiet and super to disconnect!
  : Rooms are nice, big and clean, but feel a little outdated. The pillows were too soft. Breakfast and dinner have small variety, but the food was very tasty.

  : Hotel provides great breakfast and internal swimming pool. Staff is polite and helpful. Location is perfect.
  : Swimming pool requires renovation. What is more bathrobe costs 5euro. Also sauna requires extra fee but no one knows how much - no sign or sth like that. Rooms ar quite big but bathroom also requires some refreshing.

  : Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were big enough. good breakfast and well sized and equipped fitness room.
  : fitness room only opened at 9 am, a bit late. Rooms and facilities worn out at places, although not yet at 'bad' level

  : Great location in beautiful Kranjska Gora. Most of the staff members were kind and professional. Lots of parking spaces. The room was clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options.
  : Even though most of the staff members were very good to us, there was one particular man who was unpleasant and unprofessional. After a couple of exchanges with him we felt like we were at a market and not in a 4-star hotel. Also when we wanted our room cleaned the next day and left the please clean our room sign, even though the cleaning staff was right next to our room when we left, the room was never cleaned. The room was not very spacious, even though its stated that the rooms are 20 or more squared meters, the most of the space goes to the bathroom which is maybe bigger than it should be. The beds and pillows are too soft for my liking. All in all, we expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel.
