  : first I booked my room through you guys and the lady told me all I had to do was pick up my key I get to the hotel they wouldn't give me a key said I had to make a $50 cash deposit no one told me this so I could not get into my room cuz I had no cash my car was vandalized and someone attacked me because I was not in my room I was in my car then the room was dirty they were doing sheetrock in my room and I told them that the next day they fix the sheetrock and broke the microwave for two days I've been asking him for microwave so I can eat and they say they don't have none and they don't can switch my room I don't understand what kind of business is the people are very rude and you guys didn't tell me but I need a $50 deposit so I'm upset and dope and someone needs to contact me

  : The location in the staff is the only thing I made our hotel ok. the hotel is dirty disgusting I had roaches in my room you guys should be ashamed of yourself for selling a hotel that its so disgusting.
