  : Definitely needs updates & cleaning!
  : Toilet was between the wall and shower leaving not much room at all to sit comfortably. Shower was not stable. Curtains and walls were dirty. AC was very loud. Bed moved and sunk in the middle, uncomfortable to sleep in.Outside steps moved when stepped on.

  : The front desk clerk need more training to deal with people. Very rude. Booked 3 rooms and keep insisting i got only 2 rooms. I keep showing her the booking confirmation still telling my i got only 2 rooms. So rude that keep grabbing my phone away from me and told me i only book 2 rooms. Finally just keep my family relax i said just give another room. And " she said im lucky that she had an extra room available and charged me that room... after 15mins we checked in she came running to me saying she found my other room i that booked thru booking.com.. rude and unapologetic.. we had to tell her that they have to clean the ground area, just full of garbage.. the locations is good, but the whole place need more cleaning and hospitality was reallly SUCKS.... I felt light i should go to other website now to book a hotels instead from booking.com.
  : Garbage eveywhere.. plastic chairs were scattered next to garbage can... so unpleasant surroundings.. the rooms is ok. The shower was great but linens need more bleach and soap..
