  : We could not have breakfast as we had to pay cash, they would not accept credit carbs so we sent somewhere else.
  : The Room did not met our expectation for the price paid. There was no kleenex, no service, the fridge was extremely small, it could barely hold a bottle. The shower was not powerfull, it was falling off the wall. The window in the bathroom was full of mold, it needed changing.

  : The location. The outside of the buildings were where they spent their money instead of the inside. Our shower was broken, the bathroom hold mold and was dirty. The inside, including bathroom is very dated. The most alarming part was that my husband locked himself out if our room while I was in the shower and a friends key (from another room) opened our door!!!!! They were joking and said lets try mine and it worked. We had originally booked in July but we live in Ludlow, VT where major flooding was the day before we were supposed to leave. We could not get in or out of town for days. We called to change our dates and was approved. We were told there was a $50 change fee and that it would be credited back. When we got there, they refused to refund the $50. TA very disappointing stay to say the least. We will never go back there. The Inn will have a bad review today. Part of the so-called beach area was overgrown and was a joke.

  : Outdated and we had to change our reservations last minute due to flooding in VT and were charged $50 extra even though it was a natural disaster, even after we were told on the phone that it would be taken off

  : No room service the 3 days we were there. Parking for a Ford F150 pick up horrible. The 1 minute walk to lake was a joke. It's about a 5x10 space to swim. When we arrived they already gave our room.to someone else with spelling almost like ours. They upgraded the room which was a nice gesture. The big room smelt musty. You can hear other people in other room next to you talking. Office closed way early...no phone in rooms

  : Property was clean disappointed no one came to clean the room every morning. The bed was never made two days with dirty towels. I had no idea you had to leave them on the chair outside the room.

  : Parking for a large truck was limited. The beach was extremely small and on inviting

  : Location was very good. There was a free concert at the park close by. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Pool was warm clean and good. Nice and quiet place overall.
  : Beach was very small and didn't have sand for kids to play. Not much room for parking.

  : The view was nice. Easy access to the room.
  : The office wasn't open in the morning or after 5:00 pm. We didn't get a receipt, so the wi-fi connection , which was on the receipt, was not available and there was no one to help. No room service, very little by way of coffee in the room. The TV offering was local and all old tv shows, no movie channels. The air conditioner and refrigerator was not turned on in preparation for our arrival. It was strictly bare bones hospitality and for the price , not worth it at all.
