Dirt had solidifiedNo broom/dustpan nor mop (room not cleaned since been here) I have stayed at several apartments in the past and they have always been cleaned dailyNo hand towel for bathroomBath towels , some were too small to use. More like face towels. Also 1 face towel was actually a towel usually used to step out of shower/bathCobwebs on lamp above sofa bedRoom appeared not to have been aired prior to arrival. TV cannot get Greek channels. Only Russian channels and sometimes BBC newsWindows very hard to open and close. Lots of dirt in the window seal and aluminium window runners. Small window near kitchenette had turned grey from the amount of dust. The walls are dirty (colour red. Possibly paint but easily mistaken as blood)and the apartment looks very rundown. Desperate need of updating Sliding door from kitchenette to bedrooms and bathroom does not close properly Chairs inside and outside on veranda were very dustyNo booklet in the apartment providing health & safety, contact details, info on checking out, etc

  : Perfect location. Guests are allowed to use the pool of Boronia hotel. Quick and flexible check in and out.
  : My parents stayed 2 separate nights in 2 consecutive weekends. The 1st time they got a room in a recently renovated building. That room was very nice, good value for money. New and modern bathroom with shower, comfortable bed, new aircon units, everything was working perfectly. The 2nd time they got a room in the old building. Completely different experience. The bathroom is old, damaged painting on the bathtub, tiles were super old school. Old aircon units, much less comfort. Nothing to compare with the rooms in the new building for the same price! These rooms in the old building need a big renovation.
