  : Very spacious house for a group of friends, comfortable bedrooms and beds. Nice that you can use the sauna. Muste be great in summer as there is a large swimming pool!
  : We couldn't find a house because there are several similar ones in the area. The taxi dropped us off at another complex.

  : The property was very spacious, with one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor ideal for the less abled visitors. The pool although not cleaned as often as we were led to believe is a nice depth, an average size adult will reach the bottom of the pool at all points
  : BEWARE!!!! The first thing we were hit with when we arrived was that they had changed the conditions ( not told prior to this point) and that there was now an electricity surcharge if you went over a certain amount. Only no way to know how much your using. Although the building is very impressive it is in need of some TLC. Whilst most is only cosmetic there were some points which were dangerous like the pool edging not be fastened and a piece falling into the pool whilst we were using it. The pool table is not useable due to neglect to find detail by the letting staff, none of the cues have tips on. On arrival one bathroom and one toilet did not work but these were quickly rectified. The location is not the best you either need to find a good taxi service (not the number they leave for you as they are not even based in larnaca so cant help) or you need to drive

  : The property was of a good size and the management company did their best to be kind and fix the issues but the owners need to seriously update the place. Its ancient and not works quite right.
  : Not worth the money, pictures are deceiving!Unfortunately this villa is in need of a LOT of work to update it. It is not worth the money at all when a few doors down you can get a villa beach front for 1000 less where facilites work properly such as running hot water.The plumbing and water systems are old and leak/ over flow or flood, The floor boards are lifting and warped and so many people fell and tripped because of this, you can tell the place is old.I booked this as my wedding villa after my original booking was cancelled and short notice this is all I could get, but the place needed cleaning and scrubbing, holes in all, missing plaster pieces, pool table which is still wonky and cues needed replacing which I had to ask for, I had to ask for the place to be properly cleaned and made presenting, asked them to fix the pool table and the list honestly goes on.Its just a mess to be frank and having to ask all this basic things to be sorted/ fixed after arrival- not worth the stress The fact that all the bathroom dont really have proper water or flood aswell and needing to wait for water to heat up every day, I had one hot shower in over a week. You also cannot flush toilet paper at all.I think this is why the place is non refundable. They know the faults but by the time guests find out its too late.
