  : Roof terrace was lovely and had a hot tub and sauna. The size of the apartment was very good for the price. Comfy sofas. The host was very nice and greeted us on arrival. Located a short walk away from main Larnaca bars and restaurants. Parking outside.
  : Soundproofing stated on advert but tbh noise from outside was unbearable at night and we had to where earplugs for the whole of our stay. The main road opposite had cars and motorcycles racing up and down until early hours ... and they like their noisy exhausts! The constant noise from the local dogs was loud and often throughout day and often night. View - the advert doesn't show you any views from the balcony .. maybe because as it looks out onto a car park and a waste area with damaged cars and a guard dog (which barked at anything moving nearby) left by itself all the time. That said the view from the roof terrace was nice when you sat down as you didn't see this! Satellite channels stated - no sat channels when we arrived so mentioned to host who got someone to look at it. We got sat channels but all but a few were in Arabic. All seemed to be sport, news and religious stuff so don't expect to sit down to a nice English movie. The apartment needs some some TLC as walls have holes, marks and bit falling off. There is a lot of black mould around the bath, shower and sinks. The never used the bath but the panel was hanging off. The double glazed window in the bedroom had failed and had internal water marks (curtain was pulled over it when we arrived). The kitchen tap was very limescaled and hard to operate. Robes quoted in advert but none found / left during visit but we weren't too bothered. I feel bad saying these things as the host was lovely but reviews should be honest I think. People should be aware of what they are getting. Not the luxury 5 star the advert portrays I'm sorry.

  : We were greeted by our hostess, and we had a very warm welcome. She showed us around and explained everything to us. We were even taken to the market. We are very grateful for a wonderful holiday. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers.

  : The host - Stavri is a real angel, she addressed all our requests and helped me during my illness so I felt like being at home, not just on holiday.
