: Vinnie was an amazing host and truly made the stay worth it. He was warm and accommodating, took care of an issue that arose promptly. He is probably the best host we have ever had. The location is one of the best for walking to all Lenox activities as well as the mountain views. Spectacular outdoors for breakfast or dinner as well as sitting near the fire at night.
: Some of the Inn has dated issues, however everything in the heart of Lenox is on the older side so would find same anywhere. Truly would not hinder a stay here and much of the Inn has been renovated to bring it up to 2021 standards.

: The views are beautiful, the food was excellent and the rooms were nicely appointed. Vinny was extraordinary as a host, as a fine concierge and as a server. Truly an all around experience.

: The Inn Keeper, Vinnie, was welcoming and responsive (but a one man show.) The site property is quite pretty and location terrific. The bedroom size is nice and comfortable.
: The Inn apparently just opened from Covid and it was evident. is not prime time ready. Breakfast options were very limited and never changed. Muffins, pastries, pancakes, waffles would all be welcome. Something beyond white toast, yogurt and berries. The breakfast options worst we have ever experienced in an Inn. . We had to go out for breakfast. The restaurant menu was even more limited and never changed. We never ate there and it was not open to the public. The bedroom layout was awkward as the TV screen was off to a side. The bathroom size is on the small size. Some small amenities would make the Inn more welcoming. Bedtime chocolates, brandy or cognac were all missing.
