  : Guests staying on the room above us were being really loud and woke us up multiple times on the first night. but we spoke with management and they switched our room. they were very understanding and prompt to resolve the issue and make sure we were happy with our stay.

  : Beautiful location. Small rooms, outlets in room were horrible. The cords kept falling out. Hot water takes a bit to get there. Has a prom and did not tell us there was an event when we booked.

  : Beautiful property that was close to everything. Felt like the property was the gateway to the Berkshires. We were able to get to other attractions with ease.

  : Location was beautiful and the property is very lovely. I only wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the attractive outdoor space.
  : Breakfast was adequate with good fresh fruit, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs appreciated, but the baked goods were very standard and not tempting and cereal selection not too exciting. It would have been nice to have a whole grain option rather than just instant (very sugary) oatmeal. For the kind of place it was, I would have expected possibly better breakfast selections. Also the thermostat in our room did nothing to control the heat and the room was too hot. I opened the window but it didn't have a screen, so that didn't feel too safe or comfortable.
