A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that early check-in (before 17:00) and late check-in (after 20:00) are only possible upon prior request and subject to availability. An extra fee will apply. Please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange this. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

When leaving after 11:00, please note that an extra fee of EUR 20 applies.
