  : Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Property is not new but was exceptionally clean in the apartment itself.

  : The apartment is provided of EVERYTHING you'll need during your stay, any kind of plastic bag for garbage, soap for kitchen or for the laundry etc...you'll have it there and this is very comfortable, mostly when you don't want to spend tons of dollars in the grocery stores. You can park your car free of charge and the apartments are very comfortable and big enough.
  : -The apartment was ok, but we didn't like that the swimming pool is very far from the apartments (in our case opposite to the position of our apartment) and that means that we didn't even seen that during our stay. Moreover, you need your room key to enter and has precise opening hours =.= for example, is not open after 9 p.m. (When can we use the pool...we are in Hawai'i, am I supposed to close my self in the pool during the day...? If you don't allow the people to use it during the night, is not going to be used!) -Yes, you have a balcony, but if you don't put furniture which allow the guests to have at least breakfast out there...which is the purpose of that?! To sit there outside doing nothing...?

  : Staff was helpful. Views! Beautiful. Within walking distance of so much!The pool was wonderful.
  : Our particular Condo was a bit too close to the morning traffic road noise. But somethings can't be helped. We four, 70 year old ladies, didn't want too long of a hike to the pool.

  : Honestly, I booked for the location and price.
  : Units in D building back to the road and slight hill. The road noise gets pretty loud with trucks going up/ down hill starting around 5 am. Window AC units were old and quite loud. Likely underpowered for the size of the rooms and the tropial climate.

  : We arrived very late and the security guard was very nice and got us checked in, the next morning hotel employee at the front desk was fantastic, very informative and friendly!

  : The room was larger than necessary
  : There were bugs in the kitchen drawers. You could see remnants of old bugs under the glass in the painting above the bed. They also charged a resort fee that they never warned us about.
