  : Despite staff shortage, the staff that was there were very friendly and did a great job. They managed to run the hotel as well as they could, despite lack of needed staff. Rooms were clean.

  : The air-conditioning. The size of the room. The quality of the shower. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good.
  : One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a restaurant onsite. However when we got there the staff told us the restaurant was closed for the foreseeable future. Due to the nature of our stay this was a right headache. We ended up driving into Limoges city centre to eat. We couldn't tell whether the hotel was being refurbished or whether it was closing down! The family room we stayed in was unfinished. Although the room looked nice and was very big, the bathroom cabinets were badly fitted and wouldn't close which was annoying. The tea/coffee making facilities were positioned on a wall without any electrical sockets.Overall, it was just a bit slapdash in places.
