Residencial Geres

: The building itself is dated both inside and outside, but the room was clean. There is no receptionist on-site, and reaching customer service can be quite challenging- they often don't answer calls or messages. The room was quite different from what we had booked and is very basic, furnished with only a bad and lacking amenities like blankets, which can be problematic on cold nights. However, the rooms are kept clean with daily housekeeping.
: Need an upgrade, and need someone to be reachable.

Very Poor

Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : The room was clean
: Location was horrible. Extremely noisy. Hataians were blocking the entrance to the hotel every day. And were extremely noisy selling their stuff on sidewalk It was never quiet 24/7. Staff didnt speak any English was difficult to communicate . There was no security even thought they had security doors to buzz in. They were always left open so anyone could walk in. My girlfriend was very uncomfortable our whole stay. If there was anything else available in our price range we wouldve left immediately and taken our losses. Unfortunately there wasnt . Should be listed as a hostel not hotel. There was one poor kid who was waiting for hours in the evening to check in. No one showed up so he had to leave or sleep in the sitting room. He told us he also booked through booking. Never saw him again so not sure he eventually got to check in or he left

Pleasant
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: Access to the cities's transport system, metro and bus. I could come from one place stop by the room, freshen up and keep going
: Hard to locate at first, a bigger or flashier mark would help. Noisy area but could not close Windows due to lack of a fan or a/c. Took me a while to figure out the bathroom of my room was outside of the room and that it was private, nobody said anything or written instruction in the room about it.

Disappointing
