  : Excellent location, and really loved the spacious accommodation. Comfy beds and pillows!
  : Our only issue was the parkingwhen reading with Q&As on Booking.com, theres 18 questions about parkingall say that there is a discount voucher in the apartment which means you can park for 9 a day in the Q-park. So when we arrived on the Friday, in 2 separate cars as we are family coming from opposite sides of the country, we parked there and I emailed twice about the voucherno reply. I finally phoned on the Monday morning to ask again, and was told the voucher no longer operates and you have to pre-book the parking to get the dealwe should have read an email (despite being encouraged to do everything on the app) nothing they can do. The parking cost us 150, 75 per car and was a very, very expensive, disappointing end to an otherwise great weekend. The incorrect Q&As REALLY need removing to stop others making the same mistake.

  : Wonderful location and spacious apartment. Fully equipped with everything needed. Clean. Host helped us to get a very good deal with parking garage near the apartment (10min walk). Location was absolutely amazing and enabled us a wonderful base for our walking and sightseeing tours. We had a wonderful time in Liverpool, and the location and facilities of this apartment were a very good choice and contribution.
  : in the evening it can get somewhat noisy from the bar downstairs. But it doesn't last long, and it's not a big deal breaker. There is something called like saniflow or similar installed in the toilets and it makes a lot of noise when you flush the toiled, but it lasts like 2-3 seconds only.

  : The large singe-pane windows and high ceilings made it a little cool inside, but that's a minor quibble.

  : Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment but one of the rooms has no door. Slight issue with lack of privacy as we were 2 couples.

  : Mislead by advert. Some noise in the middle of the bar scene. Noise from 12pm to 4am. Dusty. No double glazing. No basic facilities. Tea coffee sugar etc. glasses were dirty. Playes had food on them. Sheets had dirty marks. Shower leaked caused a slippage issue. No cleaning facilities, nothing to dust with or clean. Paid a fortune to be next door to a bunch of nutters. No sleep. Oh and we were flat 15. Lift doesnt alway work. They say 3 floors but its actually 6 flights with landings.
