  : Good location near the circle line and the central line, big and comfortable bed, the shower and bath were nice and spacious.Hotel lobby is beautifully designed.

  : Very good location, reception nice , rooms were small but typical of London hotels I guess.
  : Payment of room was done via Booking.com and fully paid upon arrival. Staff charged a Service charge at the end of the stay which wasn't highlighted anywhere. I live in London and while service charges are becoming common at restaurants, it's always optional and not common for hotels.. I didn't like the fact they asked specifically for payment on this at the end also. Include it in room rate or fully disclose to be transparent rather than leave a negative impression at the end.

  : The dining and bar area was lovely and staff very polite.
  : The bathroom was badly stained, carpet was also stained and generally not clean. The aircon wasnt working so room was hot and as it was an inside room we couldnt open the window.

  : The location and the room size
  : They are not cleaning well and for 1 week they didnt change the bedding can you imagine! They are not vacuuming until you tell them So whats the use for housekeepers if they dont do their work?Also the room service too late and they will not bring your request until you call them 3-4 times with duration of 1+ hours Last year I was happy to stay with them but this time I will never stay in this hotel.Also theres one Indian female staff she is really annoying and not helpful in her position she dont know anything when I ask her even i told her to call the manager she refused and she refused to handle the payment of next week booking and refused to store our luggage for 3 days even we are paying a fee for that! She must be assigned in another position But theres one receptionist man illy he is so helpful and giving us a clear short answers and even he accepted to store our luggageHope you try to improve your week points
