  : Close to the tube (2 different lines), loads of buses options. Was clean, staff were nice and helpful.
  : Unfortunately we had scaffolding at that moment but no one was working on them (fortunately)

  : The location was great for what we were down in London for, and the room was beautifully done up. The reception was open late for us to get in from our journey, and staff were friendly. The bathroom and shower were great, and the bed generally comfortable and the room tidy. There was a fridge available and tea making facilities.
  : The room was quite small and in fact really cold - we didn't realise the heating was not on and the duvet was really thin for the weather, so I was cold. I also found long, dark hair in the bedding, albeit the bedsheet appeared to be fresh. Also, as the room was in the corner of the hotel, so the traffic noise was really loud.

  : The room was very clean quit and comfortable and the hotel location is very good as its neighborhood consist of many supermarkets and restaurant especially a 24 hour supermarket right at its doorstep. And a famous Westfield London and a Shepard bust train station a at short walking distance. The Hotel is in a perfect location.
  : kindly change your policy regarding room cleaning time . Room cleaning should be done in Favour of your guest at any time he request for it.

  : When you enter the hotel, you find a very step staircase immediately. The rooms are very small and not comfortable at all. My son did not have a mattress in the cot but just a quilt. When you arrive at the reception, there is always a very bad smell.

  : Normally the view from the property. A very busy street, fun to have a cup of tea or beer to unwind watch & relax in between going out. I like that its a noisy neighborhood.
  : Building is being worked on so you only have construction materials to look at. No view. Cant see out because a fake kinda netted version of the building so it looks like normal from outside. Luckily no one was working on it the 5 days I stayed there so no work noise.

  : The location is good, and the bathroom is clean, but it has a bad odor.
  : The whole room smelled like a sewer, so when I came back, all my clothes and backpack smelled bad. The bed and curtains were dirty. Felt unsafe at night near the hotel.
