  : The property was well maintained. Staff was very nice and polite. Property is located in a central location with good transport facilities.
  : The bathroom facilities could have been better. Also there was no lift which was very tough for old people.

  : The hotel is in an excellent location with many options around for all needs and with access to all the stations and also Heathrow Airport in just 15-20 minutes.
  : The staff is polite, but the lady at breakfast can be abrupt when it's crowded. Also, the breakfast area is small, so if it's busy like on weekends, you have to wait to be seated. The breakfast buffet is very limited, so if you stay for many days, you end up eating the same things. The rooms are not cleaned (at least during our 6-day stay), the sheets are not changed, only the trash bags are replaced, and towels are provided if needed. Additionally, we were given a quadruple room even though we booked a triple, resulting in a very small room in the basement. I'm sure the rooms on the upper floors are much better. Lastly, even though we reported (from the first morning) that the water from the shower drains slowly, causing the three of us to take a long time to shower, and they said they would fix it, there was no improvement by the end of our stay.Also there is no Air Conditioning!!!!!There are many areas for improvement, but it is an okay choice for someone looking to save some money.

  : We stayed ten nights at The Kingsway over two months, rooms were clean, included a fridge our cases stored for us while travelling further a field. Location was important as well. Kevin and his team of workers made our stay special. Could not fault them. From start to finish they were friendly, willing to help but still professional.

  : Dirty sticky carpets. Room was like a worn bed sit. Never cleaned, no hot water in first morning. When cooking breakfast in basement the stench goes all the way up the stairs into rooms. Very poor
