  : Once I found it, it was great but I found the address very difficult to find so a better description would have been useful. The place is nicely decorated and has a great kitchen, which I unfortunately didn't have time to use.
  : There are no sockets! Except for the one for the TV. 2 bedside lamps that can't be used as there are no sockets on that side of the room. Made charging mobile devices difficult. The bathroom radiator was on and couldn't be switched off.

  : The code to the main door did not work. Luckiily when we went out, i took a set of keys with me. Also, the WiFi did not connect.

  : Location was excellent. Spacious bedroom and nice living room. Clean and in touch with management 24/7. The kitchen area and the bathroom worked perfectly.
  : There was no elevator, something that given it's four floors up should be pointed out first thing in the booking.Also the heather system didn't work and it took 5 of the 10 days to establish it was not working and there was no attempt to repair it. Only upon request a tiny electric heather was provided. The management was always available but didn't find solutions.A little noisy even if it was a 4th floor. And the TV, quite small by the way, was only getting reception when it was feeling like.Quite small bathroom for a spacious apartment.

  : The studio flat was on the top floor...and no lift! So rather a lot of steps to climb! Otherwise perfect.

  : The cleanliness was excellent. The facilities were great the apartment was modern and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. The bed linen and towels were of a high quality. The amenities available from tea coffee and soap and shampoo etc was a very nice touch. The check in was simple and communication was great. Superb central location. The local area is full of coffee shops, bars and restaurants and it’s only a short walk to both Covent Garden and Oxford Street.
  : I would have liked better black out curtains/blinds in the bedroom. I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom too and a shelf actually in the shower would be helpful. The apartment (we were on the first floor) for all it is down what you think is a quiet back street is actually very noisy until the early hours of the morning. We had two very disturbed nights one involved me asking people at 2am who were continuing to party on the street below to move on. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs especially on a weekend. This is obviously not the fault of the apartment owners but it is something you are better to know about especially if travelling with a child.
