Disappointing

  : Friendly staff.
  : Probably the worst bed I've ever slept on. Seemed smalled than a single and was slanted to the side so struggled staying on it. Really nobbly and hard. The pillow was big and rock hard too. I'm not really that fussed about the rest of the room as was only one night. If want somewhere cheap and location and are small and can sleep on anything and don't mind run down decour, then its cheap enough I guess.

  : I do not say this lightly.... THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED IN !Tiny, dirty and smelly room.Originally my booking was for 2 nights. I left the first morning as it was so bad, let me explain.Walked into a tiny smelly warm room, the shower was covered in mould, the doors were covered with a dirty gel like grime. (see photos) The beds don't support anybody over 6 foot, your feet will be on the wall.It was a warm room, I couldn't open the window because the receptionist was smoking directly under my window. The fan in our room was broken, I asked for a new one and was given one covered in dust. I had only one tiny flat pillow and when I asked for more, they said they had none. So I had to use some of my clothes.I left at 930am after no sleep, checked out 24 hours early expecting a refund. After 2 weeks of conversation with a terrible customer service team - I was told the hotel manager wasn't going to give me a refund. Basically if you stay there, you'll think this is probably a bit of a budget option.... This will be the worst place you can stay. Buy a sleeping bag and sleep outside.Please don't make the same mistake I did!

  : Entry hallway is a bit tight to accommodate more than 2 guests checking in at any time. But shouldn’t forget that this is an older building.

  : Property had a great location.
  : Property was dirty and poorly maintained. The night receptionist was very rude and unhelpful and said that we had arrived “too late” (despite indicating arrival time when making the booking). The room was tiny and in a basement and the power outlets did not work. Shower was not separate from the bathroom and got water everywhere. Bathroom sink partially overhang the toilet, making it very difficult to use. Bathroom ceiling was covered in black spots of mold. I’ve stayed in much nicer facilities at motels that are a fraction of the price.

  : The room we were assigned was nothing like the photos. The room was extremely small, the pillows were dirty, our room had no working power points to charge any devices and the shower/bathroom was not up to standard (mouldy and small)

  : Room pretty much ideal for a one night stay, nice and clean and well maintained. Staff member we met was really polite and helpful and location is brilliant. Just far enough from centre to not be busy outside but close enough to walk in.
  : One of the beds considerably smaller than other it seems so bit of an uncomfortable sleep and shower had no real middle ground, just cold or fully hot.

  : the desk worker literally tried to come into my room when i asked for a blanket
