  : TV signal was so poor the tv didn’t work. No point having the TV if it has no signal.Only one sachet of coffee. Would have appreciated a hot chocolate as my partner doesn’t drink tea or coffee.

  : When we arrived and checked in we immediately noticed that the room was so small that I could hardly get around the bed, there was no space to store our luggage just to give you an idea how small the room was, we literally sleeping next to the bathroom. The other issues we experience was the Air condition wasn’t working, so was the phone every time we needed help, I had to walk to the front desk. By the way the front desk staff wasn’t too friendly no smile or a hello throughout our stay none of them smiled or goodbye. After complaining to the manager, they switched us to a room with a double bed, the air conditioning stopped working every 10 minutes then I had to wake up and keep having to turn it on, it just so happens that London was experiencing the hottest week the temperatures were in the 80’s, we couldn’t open the window since it was too loud. The issue with the 2nd room was that my son’s key stopped working so he had to go down 3 flights of stairs to get a new key, they said it was being deactivated because he was keeping it too close to his cell phone, which he wasn’t. Then on Wednesday June 24th in the morning I stepped out to get a towel from the desk in my jammies and came back up to the room my key stopped working I was having the same issue, at that time Anika was working the front desk so I had to go down yet again down 3 floors to let her know that I was locked out of room, at this point she contacted house maintenance person he came with his master key and couldn’t unlock the door, they tried using the laptop to unlock the room, no success then contacted the manager then he couldn’t figure out where the master key was to the rooms, all this time I am waiting in the very hot hallway. They were finally able to open the door and figured out that the battery on the electronic door needed to be replaced, which they could have replaced when my son was complaining about his key.

  : Extra small room, no lift, lack of empathy of the receptionists (I'm a hotel receptionist, so that I know what I'm talking about)

  : The room was smaller than I anticipated, but everything else was great. The staff helped with taking our luggage up the stairs, which made up for not having an elevator.
