  : Everything was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and they keep our bags before we made our check in. I would come back for sure!
  : The pillows could be better, but maybe its just our opinion. I think they were too soft.

  : Extremely nice and helpful staff, especially at the front desk -- top points there. Convenient location near Pimlico tube stop.
  : No one vacuumed the floor of my room. It was quite noticeably dirty, including some balls of of long brown hair sitting in the corners. Walls were thin and could hear other people flushing toilets or getting up in the middle of the night/early morning. Noticed some stains on my bed sheets when I checked in.

  : The bed was good, and the tea and cookies are available Clean After unintentionally creating the pool, I asked the personnel to give us additional towels to cure the issue - the towels were given to us. The next day, the issue was partially solved - during showering, the shower was clogged, but not as much as to create a pool. So I believe the staff worked pretty well
  : When we came - there was nobody on the reception. It would be okay to stand there and wait. However, you're not permitted to enter the hotel itself - so at 5am, we were waiting for the personnel. Moreover, knowing that we are coming so late (communication through booking) and that we are not UK residents - the personnel decided that it would be good idea to put the number written by hand on the door. Nevertheless, we tried to call - with the code of the country and without. It was said that the number is not valid. Long story short, the personnel said that he was helping other guests all the time we were waiting outside. But I am not sure it was true.I want to mention that we were calling the phone number provided on booking - we heard the signal of calling as well as saw the light of the phone. But as there was nobody on the reception , there was no chance to be answeredThe room had a door-window that was impossible to open. So we had only one option to have additional air and regulate the temperature - air conditioning. The latter worked good.The shower was clogged - it was impossible to have a shower more than 2 min and not to create a pool thereShower gel+ shampoo and conditioner were from rituals. But mixed with water - no chance to use as shampoo. Good that we had our own shampoos

  : We paid more for a superior room but it was still really small. The shower was tiny and this made it impossible to shower using the rainshower head. The water was also cold a couple of days
