  : The property has a prime location near Big Ben and other tourist attractions. It is easy to reach with the subway. The apartment has an elevator, so you don't need to carry your bags. There is a kitchen with appliances (fridge, coffee maker, microwave) as well as some basic supplies like salt or tea. The apartment has a nice view of The Shard building. The host is very helpful and easy to reach.
  : I would recommend replacing the floors in the room. Current ones suffered massive damage from water. I would also suggest refraining from taking a cash security deposit. Over years of traveling in Europe, this was the first time something like this was required.

  : The location is close to Lambeth North station and several bus lines have stops almost at door stop. The WiFi is really good too. Value for money
  : The punctuality of the host. The soundproofing between the two neighboring units. Could consider adding an air-conditioning unit

  : Very conveniently situated flat very close to most of London's attractions and Waterloo station. Very comfortable bed. Sam was a very good host and changed towels during our stay.

  : The location was great, close to sites and grocery stores. Nice having a washing machine. Kitchen was convenient
  : We noticed things were moved when we returned to the flat in the evening (approx 830 pm) and we got a message at 120 am saying the host went into the flat to fix the microwave - we were not even aware that the microwave needed to be fixed, we were not given a warning ahead of time that he was going into the flat and it also took him multiple hours to inform us that he went into the flat after it happened. Also didnt like how you had to pay via PayPal to his private account, I was worried I was being scammed as they would not process my credit card on the account. I have booked multiple apartments on booking.com and I have never had to pay via PayPal before

  : The location was fantastic! So close to the tube, restaurants, attractions and for a great price! The apartment was cute and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The washing machine was a great amenity so we were able to do our laundry.
  : Because of the heat, we had to have the windows wide open the entire time which led to loud street noise, but it wasn't unbearable. There was a ceiling fan, but it only worked when the lights were on, which meant no air flow at night. Having a pedestal fan would have taken our review from a 7 to a 9. That would have helped tremendously!
