  : Communication was excellent! Tricia even messaged us to check everything was fine a couple times during our 2 weeks. We lost power once and since I didnt think it was a middle-of-the-night emergency, I just messaged her rather than call; she responded early the next day, even before office hours. She was great! It was very near a grocery and seemed to be a safe neighborhood. We walked at all times of day and night. There is a bus stop around the corner, and about 12 minute walk to London Bridge station/tube. I knew the Underground line for that station would be down during our visit, and until mid-May, so we planned accordingly.
  : While the flat was clean, had all necessary items, a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space... it was a typical Southwark flat in that you hear everything from the family above. Its not a problem for most people because the kids go to school during the day, and go to bed early so the noise is minimal then. But you do smell whatever is being cooked in the kitchens nearby. It didnt bother us, but I list it in case you have an uneasy stomach or are very sensitive to neighbor noise.

  : Spacious bedrooms, large and comfortable beds, nice bed linen, large and well-equipped kitchen, ability to control temperature of both rooms and water, good windows and blinds, short walk to Borough and London Bridge stations, quiet area, quite central
  : Very small toilet, bidet in bathroom didn't work, felt like nail heads protruding under carpet, minor things need maintenance attention, a bit hard to find and to find one's way around that area, oven hard to use as the markings were rubbed out and there was no user manual.

  : Not very close to the tube but there are many different bus stops for different routes. It was a quiet area which helped us rest well. There were several grocery stores that were close to the property. It is a walking distance of London Bridge and Tower Bridge. A washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board were available. Kitchenware was enough for a comfortable stay. And refrigerator and freezer were big enough to allow us to stock pieces of stuff for a couple of days.
  : 1. The pipe right outside the flat door leaks water and it makes it hard to get past there because you want to avoid it. It does not look nice either. We had a pressure problem and a water leaking problem with the boiler. 2. Stairs in the apartment could be a problem for travelers with a larger or heavier luggage
