  : I had a warm welcome by the staff at Sonder Camden Road. It is a nice little old house (2 actually) and the room was very clean and equipped with a water heater and coffee/tea - that was very nice. I have to say the bed was the most comfortable so that I'm actually curious what matress they are using :) No back pain as usual. Great!
  : There was an odd smell always upon entering the room that I think can only come from the pipes in the bathroom. But with a little ventilation (window/AC) it was gone quickly.

  : Very friendly staff and nice room layout. Easy check in and nice beds. Felt very safe and in a good location within walking distance of Camden town and kings cross.
  : During our stay an unknown liquid leaked from the room above us into the bathroom through the light fitting, possibly being urine. Not only was this disgusting but also dangerous! The staff were very quick to say they'd get it sorted, however we had to ask on our return to the room if it had been cleaned (it hadn't). Then it happened again on our checkout day. My partner almost had this all over him when he went to shower. We were told that we'd be contacted by the hotel following our stay, but nothing. We ended up emailing and were offered a refund which was equivalent to less than a nights stay. The way this was handled was unprofessional and prior to this we would have highly recommended the hotel to anyone else coming to London.
