  : The guest house is located in a quiet, pretty Victorian street. Our host was very attentive and friendly. There was a fridge and microwave we could use which we really appreciated. We liked the 24 hour access to a wonderful range of teas, jars of coffee and hot chocolate. Great to have a basin and toilet of our own and we were fine with the hot and clean shared shower. We were allowed to help ourselves to some of the breakfast when our morning plans meant we left earlier than the official breakfast time. Fairly close to Greenwich
  : This one is on us, not the place, but my husband takes longer to walk than usual, and it was quite a long walk to the railway station for him. It took us at least 40 mins to get to most London attractions, but this is just the flip side of a very reasonable rate. I would have appreciated some yoghurt with breakfast, but as a Gluten Free coeliac, I was well taken care of, even down to a separate GF toaster being used.

  : Very friendly and welcoming. Always there to help! Perfect location to all parts of London. Rooms were perfect size and everything you needed. It was exceptional for the price!

  : The hosts were extremely nice and the room was clean with a good view on the beautiful backyard. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, which is very welcome after a long day in the busy city centre.

  : It is situated in a beautiful quiet suburb, within walking distance to overground train lines, and there is free street parking. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly.
  : It would be nice to have a bit more variety of breakfast choices.

  : I highly recommend staying at St. James G.H. The place is very clean, very well connected with public transport to different areas in London. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, my room was nice and quiet facing the back garden with a huge tree.
