  : When we arrived at 20:30 there was no light in the bathroom I called the help line and was told to go and buy a bulb! Also the balcony was full of rubbish an old suitcase, old bin and cardboard boxes. also cupboard doors missing in kitchen

  : Practical location for our purpose. Simple Covid-secure key collection.
  : The accommodation looks modern and high-quality on the pictures, but is actually incredibly cheap with bad DIY signs at every corner (paint patches, missing kitchen cupboard doors, skewed kitchen worktop). There were basic items missing (we had to buy our own cutlery!), there was rotten leftover food from previous occupiers, and lots of rubbish (e.g. multiple large cartons blocking a sizeable portion of the balcony). The boiler stopped working halfway through our stay and we had no warm water for about a week. The phone number provided on the booking.com page couldn't be used to contact the owners to fix the problem.

  : The entrance hall smelt of drugs. The shower door does not fit so water goes all over the floor. Needs decoration. Needs cleaning. Microwave in the wardrobe. Doors and skirting boards dirty. Pubic hairs in the bath. For the price we paid, I expect it to be up to scratch. Light fitting in the bathroom is not a sealed unit and is right next to shower. Bed is uncomfortable and you can feel the springs in your back.
