  : Upon arrival we had a late breakfast which was delicious. The pub itself is lovely and in a really nice location. The room was exactly as it looked in the pictures, a really impressive room. The bed was so comfortable and huge! The room had everything you could think of including the bathroom with lovely shower gels etc. I will definitely return. It felt like luxury.
  : The manager was really kind and helpful on arrival, as we were too early to check in she took our bags and coats and hung them up in our room. She very kindly gave us a key allowing us to have our day and evening as planned as the pub closed early on a Sunday and we were going to the Theatre. My only negative was a member of staff who made me feel like he either didn't want to be there or generally hated life and people itself and was rude, it was really odd when the manager was the polar opposite.

  : The bed and pillows was very comfortable. To go to the main attraction in Center of London it takes 15 minutes by bus or 30 to 40 minutes walk. Just a corner there is a little store to buy food for breakfast or light lunch. The room is located over the pub. The restaurant is good. The personel are very nice. There is a discount at the restaurant for the client of the hotel.
  : Facing to the street , it is noisy. But was able to sleep except 1 night . It was toi much noisy

  : The location is good, 10 mins to the tube. The pub is really nice, great food and great beer. The staff were super helpful, very friendly. They made me feel very welcome - nothing was too much trouble for them. Considering it was a pub on the main road, it was surprisingly quiet. The bathroom was also amazing - much better than the bedroom! Huge shower and really big roll top bath. I just wish the rest of the place was as good as the bathroom.
  : Once you're upstairs, it's very shabby and dirty. The whole place needs some TLC. It also smelled really bad, like damp towels. It was really unpleasant. The heating was also not working and the TV was hanging off the wall. There was a table upstairs outside the door to the rooms, that was full of dirty pint glasses. I felt really embarrassed bringing my girlfriend here. I won't be staying here again, which is a real shame because the staff are so nice.

  : Pub area was nice. Coffee in the room
  : The shower was near to scolding hot even on the coldest setting. A child would have been scolded if used. Nobody ask if our stay was ok at any point. This is the first opportunity to give any feedback. Sometimes i think it would be good for the staff to stay in random rooms to iron out any problems before there are tested on paying customers.?
