  : The apartment is spacious and well furnished but its biggest asset is location. 2 mins from Covent Garden, 2 mins from Tube station and surrounded by excellent restaurants. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our party so having an en suite shower and toilet as well as the shared one was really useful.
  : The only down side was the noise from local bars and as the theatres let out. It meant that although it was warm, we had to sleep with the windows closed. We also struggled to find the apartment and had little help from the vendor. Better instructions E.g. opposite the side of The Royal Opera House, or on the corner of Floral Street and Bow Street. Door numbers in Floral Street are almost non existent.

  : The location is perfect on Floral st across from the Opera house. It is conveniently located very close to the Underground (Subway). . The area is vibrant and safe with everything you need within a few minutes walk. You'll be right in the center of so many restaurants and shops. The hosts were very professional and communication was so easy.
  : The amount of stairs. The apartment is 2 levels with the entrance located on the 2nd level (walk-up). Keep in mind that the UK's 2nd floor is the US' 3rd floor. So be prepared to tackle a lot of steps especially if you have big luggage.

  : The location is perfect, its was very noisy up till about 10.30pm. Our stay was over a weekend so perhaps the night life was a little more lively.
  : So for those of you looking to book this property, be aware!!!!! There are two properties on Florel street, ours was 52 flat 2. The ensuite shower DOES NOT work, this shower can't be used at all and the other in the hallway turns scalding hot or ice cold, the knobs on the shower are broken and plug holes do not work. The property is nothing like the pictures, its more like a youth hostel, it's dirty, staines all over the walls and carpets and the lighting is appalling. The hair dryer doesn't work and stay clear of the fan as the internal electric leads are exposed. Theres trailing wires on the floor at child level and the laminate on the table and chairs has peeled off. The coffee and tea facilities were very disappointing and bleak. The beds are very uncomfortable and springy and the sofa bed was stained and filthy. Our bank kept blocking this company from taking our payment as they didn't process our payment properly, they kept taking 1 transactions from three of our accounts, they wouldn't answer the phone when we called to fix the problem and as this was on the day of checking in, they just sent a message pressuring us saying they were going to cancel our stay within one hour if I didn't pay we were on our way from Cornwall in the car away from a computer and were working from a mobile phone to try and fix it, they wouldn't let us pay into their bank directly to fix the problem, when they did call back it was 3hrs later with threats to cancel in the meantime. We called booking.com and they had the same problem. When we called to complain about the shower and facilities there was no response on phones and when I called after our stay, when we returned home to inform them of the faults they honestly couldn't care any less. We paid 675 for a weekend stay Friday to Sunday and honestly wish had paid more to stay somewhere far better. ITS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES/THE ONLY GOOD THING IS LOCATION
