  : Very nice, clean and well-lighted apartment in the city center of London. Very close to many important tourist attractions, and various transport also very near. Also 2 very good supermarkets within walking distance, and nice small restaurants on the same road. All necessary in the kitchen to prepare a breakfast or small dinner. Nice towels for the bathroom, we had 2 big and 2 small per person, in off for 4/5 days, but also washing machines in case to need to wash the one set. There is 4/5 points can make a difference for the visitors 1. The pillows were smalling 2. The mattresses were uncomfortable 3. A towel to step on when getting out of the bathroom was missing 4. It is definitely necessary to manage a handle to catch it when going out from the bathtub, especially when the client is over the age of 50, and for sure oven the 50 kilograms, otherwise is very very dangerous!!! 5. Anti-slip mat on the bathroom/bathtub floor 6. And last but very important - on arrival, the map was taking us to the nearest road, just behind the corner, and the photos were not helpful at all. Will be a good idea to manage that issue since many people complaining in the comments about that. When we finally found the correct door (someone helped us after bothering them with the door of his apartment because of the wrong location map) the rest procedure was very clear given in the help email, and we just followed the info

  : So easy to find and access to public transit. Very quiet neighborhood across from a school park and still close enough to walk to many sights. The accommodations were good sized and had all you need for a stay. Easy access to the property. Clean and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
  : The bed was small for two people and not the comfiest. They had the heat cranked to 30 degrees Celsius before we got there (we suspect they were drying out a water leak that had happened as the floor board looked at if there had been one or maybe it was simply a mistake). Once we go the heat under control everything was fine and comfortable. We went in May and it was great but be aware that there does not seem to be air conditioning.

  : Very clean and modern and comfortable.
  : There were maintenance people wanting access to our apartment for painting and we were alarmed by this. They were very rude to us and didnt ask to come in. We were not given any notification. The hot water went out after they came; thankfully the manual helped us troubleshoot.

  : Brilliant location near station and buses. Easy to find on our first day. No issues at all to get in the apartment with details provided. Place was spotted clean and confortable.
