  : Poor check in process - they left us stranded outside the door as the key was not where they asked to pick it up from. When called they said it could take upto an hour to send someone with this key.. in this time they expect you to be stranded outside the flat - rain or shine!They would only do things that was cost effective for them.Place might be ok for short stay, we were there for longer and its not great

  : Location was a great spot and the area was fairly quiet. And was great to get around as we had Victoria station 5 minute walk from us and also shops wore only a 2 minute walk from the house.
  : The maps need to be updated on the host app that they send you. And also the neighbours up above us wore going up and down the stairs and slamming the doors every 10 minutes from 10 in the evening till 3 in the morning and that every night we wore there witch wasnt great as we didnt feel as safe in the apartment.

  : great location, comfortable kitchen, clean enough.
  : terrible, disgusting, disappointing experience. First, getting the keys. You have to walk quite a distance from the house, in about 10 minutes, which is not at all convenient. look for some kind of store (why not make it closer?). you must return the keys in the same place (nonsense). further, the heating does not work at all (the owner continues to send instructions, but it looks like a hoax, it does not work), and the house is incredibly, catastrophically cold and simply impossible to stay, and the final point was that we had knocked out electrical plugs and we stayed without electricity in the kitchen, and could not heat the water. the host responded to messages for a very long time, we had no electricity and hot water for a day. it was very very cold all the time. oh yes, at the entrance to the apartment you are greeted by the smell of dampness. I am very sorry for my money that was spent on these disgusting apartments, and the owner did not make amends. terrible service. disappointment and ruined vacation
