  : The hotel is new and the staff is friendly. The rooms are big enough. There is hot water mashine availiable all the time at the hotel. Its on the main street and you feel safe at night in the neighborhood.
  : We had really bed experiance with the hotel. The bed sheets had dirty spots on them and we asked to be changed but they werent. Also with the towells. I guess they couldnt been cleaned bc of make up or something but they still use them. The worst thing is that the hotel has an arrangement with NY city and when the hotel is needed they tell all their guests that they have to leave and will be compesated with the price they have paid few mounts ago and not with the today prices. You never know when will this happen. Another hotel room was not presented. But after protesting they found as a new hotel room without us paying.

  : The room was okay, the bed was comfortable.
  : The hotel is located in an area that does not seem safe. It is surrounded mainly by car repair businesses. They could do way better with cleaning and maintaining the rooms and common areas. I also had to figure out where to sleep for my last night that I spent in NY because the whole hotel shut down. The explanation we were given was that NY state declared an emergency due to the high number of polio cases. That being said, most hotels did not close down. I was there for a conference and none of the other hotels my peers were staying at shut down.

  : Well located in Queens to visit Manhattan, rather close to metro line F. The area around is mostly industrial with lots of car garages
  : All hotel guests got kicked out by less than one day with some dubious reasoning. Lobby staff was not able to give any device and management was not present. Management is also not responding to their specified e-mail contact. This waiting for any reply and refund! VERY disappointing!!!

  : not clean although I sent a message before coming that I am super hygiene and they were that they would keep things clean. there were still hairs on shower curtains when I came. The area is also not a good one where broken cars park in front of the main entrance

  : Loud noise during the night coming from the ventilator in the hallway. So loud we couldn't sleep. The staff was not able to turn it off and not able to move us to a different room.

  : Nothing, the location was bad for the price they're charging.
  : Old fixures that don't work and large space under the door so you could hear everything that's going on down the hall. Do yourself a favor and don't ever stay here. Junkies everywhere.
