  : It didn't rain inside the room, which was already pretty good.
  : I WAITED FOR ONE HOUR until someone decided to open the door. Rang the bell, called both telephone numbers and no one replied (1 hour at around 00h). Contacted booking, no answer up to today. I only insisted for one hour because my only alternative was an hostel 400km away. The receptionist just showed up when I desperately tried to push a PIN code to enter (which was probably meant only for the owners) and had the courage to tell me that he was at the desk, which is not true as no one was there for the whole hour I was waiting. MORE: 1) Switchboard made a loud noise non stop throughout the night. 2) The room's door didn't work and everytime I had to go out I would have to call the receptionist to open my room's door... pathetic 3) Internet is USELESS. Had to use my smartphone as an hotspot for BASIC BROWSING. PS: Thanks Booking for all the nonexistent support. Now I know what I can count with in the future

  : There may be some problem with the fuse box. There is zizizzzii sound all the way I stay. I feel quite headache after a night of hearing that. The room is quite dark.

  : Hotel is right next to a Tramstation. The rooms were Clean and quiet. I do Not regret staying here. Windows are soundproof as the hotel is next to a highway
  : - staff barely speaks english- Elevator was broken twice during a two day stay- fire alarm twice (No fire though)- no hair dryer in bath

  : Hotel was chosen purely because of it's location/price for an overnight stop during a drive down to southern Spain. It more than met our requirements, with a clean and well-equipped room. Not a 'luxury' place, but more than enough for our requirements. Staff were excellent, but if you don't speak French, be prepared to do a few hand signals, and smiles to get the correct answers! Secure parking is available on-site for 4. No restaurant, but there is a breakfast area with pastries/drinks in the morning.

  : We stayed here just for a night stop driving through but would definitely recommend and stay again if I came to Bordeaux. The room was a very good size, beds were comfortable, private shower, toilet and sink. Table and chairs, fridge, cooking hob, sink, kettle, microwave. It and everything you could need. For the price it is amazing!
