  : The room exceeded my expectations. It was huge, clean, and had a desk. The shower worked great. The water pressure was excellent. There was a king-sized bed. The location was excellent. It was a great value.
  : The electric circuits were faulty. I had to find a working plug to charge my phone. The television didn't have many channels.

  : They made me walk two blocks to an ATM because they HAD to have cash for me to get the key.There were roaches in the room.I asked the hotel receptionist if there were any extra blankets and he said No we dont do that.He charged me an extra twenty dollars. First he charged me for the room and then said I had to go get 20 in cash to get the Keys. One key for my son and one for me. When I looked in my bank account he charged me an extra 20 dollars plus the cash I had already given him. He did give me back the cash when I returned the keys when I checked out, but he still charged an extra 20 dollars.When I checked out in the morning I asked for a receipt and he freaked out and said, No Pressure, No Pressure! And wouldnt give me a receipt.The place was terrible There were ROACHES! Even in my water glass beside my bedside table.

  : Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.
  : Rude staff. We got lost trying to find the place and called the hotel asking for directions. The front desk person, an Asian man, did not answer our question and instead rambled on about other things. Maybe he did not hear or understand our question so we are not faulting him for that. When we finally arrived he was rude to us. We have a special needs son who started pressing a button on the front desk and we tried our best to stop him. The front desk man started screaming at us. We tried to explain that our son was special needs but he didn't care. He told us the button contacts the police. I thought that button was used to contact front desk staff so that's the first I had heard of the button calling the police. He got even more of an attitude when we were not aware we had to pay a cash deposit on the key. We had to walk to a nearby ATM in order to get.money to get our key. I was tempted to cancel our reservation but I did not want to try and find another hotel. When we got back with the money about 20 minutes later he was suddenly pleasant. The hotel was nice but that doesn't excuse the attitude of the front desk man. We are planning to return to Hollywood next year and we will be staying somewhere else.

  : Great location! literally 1 minute walk to the Walk of Fame and there's an amazing family owned italian restaurant right next door.the owners are on top of who comes and goes they even have a doorbell at the main entrance which gave me a sense of security
  : There is NO cable tv,many of the channels were pure static.You get your remote controller at checkin alongside a $20 cash ONLY deposit.The room mirror was splashed with something unknown and obviously not cleaned.the If visiting hollywood spend ur $ elsew

  : When we put the heater on roaches came out. So we had the ac on. Outlet plugs were really loose. Had electric sparks and got hot so we tried not to use any of it

  : The location is great and walking distance to nearby attractions. The room was good, well equipped, and the bathroom was complete with a bathtub. The bed was good and comfortable. Parking is abundant but a bit dark not well lit. Simple breakfast given such as mini donut, orange fruit and drinks (milk, instant coffee and tea) located at the front desk.
  : We were given an upstairs room which is quite troublesome to bring a stroller and our luggage through the stairs.
