  : Lake Lucerne is about 10-15 minute walk from the hotel and is beautiful. The Italian restaurant is good, and the service friendly.

  : Had to tell the exact time of breakfast in advance. People walking by could see directly into the room. Staff not so friendly. After check-out, they did not accept storing luggage just for a few hours.

  : The location is perfect, which is like 15 minutes from Lucerne station by bus. The room is decent with all the basic needs. The restaurant is amazing with delicious food and very friendly staff.

  : Very close to lake Lucerne, so you can have a walk near by with a beautiful sightseeing
  : My husband and I went to the hotel's restaurant just to grab a beer without eating. For that, we got a really unpleasant treatment. The first waitress gave us a wrong cup sizes, so we tried to call her but it was impossible to catch her attention, so we gave up eventually and drank it anyway. Few moments after we started drinking, another waitress came to our table asking if we want something to eat as well, and we said no. Then she just gave us the bill to pay on the spot even though we hadn't ask for the bill yet and we just started drinking. The whole situation felt really unpleasant and like they just wanted us to beat it.
