  : A. I was able to extend my Long Stay from 14th June to 5th July’24…B. New Forest Location about 40minutes walk from the nearest bus stopC. Quaint dog friendly hotel with classic British architecture and beautiful extensive “Monet” garden D. Tennis court, E. Croquet, F. gym and G. swimming pool.H. Provided extra milk for teas and coffeesI. Provided extra bottles of water during hot weather J. Provided extra sachets of Cadbury’s hot chocolate K. Free WiFi but poor service L. Free Parking
  : 1. Room only not as described. Booked family room only, as double room was unavailable, but upon arrival received double room 159 for the first week.2. Second week requested twin room only, but received family room 135 with breakfast.3. Third week requested twin room only, but received twin room 136 with breakfast.4. Food was below par with limited menu (e.g. no Sunday roast and lunch menu mostly sandwiches) 5. Didn’t service room every day, which felt horrible in all the heat.6. Didn’t change sheets when making up room and I had heel blister blood on mine for three days!7. Staff lost our picnic bag during one of their room changes.8. Understaffed and often having to wait for periods before service (e.g. there was no staff available on the day of check out. So I was forced to lean over the counter to leave my room key in a safe place).9. Sauna not working for over a week10. Staff made repeated invoice errors11. Staff claimed not to be skilled enough to correct invoice errors 12. Outdoor pool was not in service 13. Extra charge for dog was expensive14. Poor transport connection (e.g. on one occasion the earliest available taxi was in four hours time!)15. Occasionally staff appeared to be overworked and too busy to help16. Only a single key available for each room and hotel said they couldn’t provide a second.

  : We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Passford House Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every effort to ensure our comfort. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, including special dietary requirements and traveling with our family dog. The family room we booked was great, providing ample space and amenities for a relaxing stay. Our kids particularly enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend Passford House Hotel for a truly delightful and family and dog friendly experience.
