  : Very dog friendly. All of the staff were so lovely our whole stay. The food at the pub was also great. Ideal location, loads of walks and things to do close by. The room was beautiful also.

  : Host of the facility was very friendly, breakfast was really good, facilities in the room were also good. Bed was extremely comfortable.
  : We did not get allocated the room we booked and paid for, there was no privacy as there was a glass door and a window facing the walkway to the other rooms which meant that we had to keep the curtains drawn all the time so no natural light in the room. There should have been a bottle of wine/champagne in the room but this was not given to us.

  : Great location, lovely country pub with very good restaurant. Cosy room, nice en-suite very clean. Good selection for breakfast in the price. Friendly staff made to feel very welcome .

  : Have been dining at the inn for years and always wanted to stay overnight. Location is great, staff friendly and the restaurant nice. The room was fairly spacious and clean.
  : One bed was really creaky and in general pretty small as singles. Room above the kitchen with extractor pipe outside the window, so a bit smelly and noisy with the window open - and only a rickety fan in the room. No wifi. Restaurant meal was not as good as on previous stays

  : We loved the location and the comfortable bedroom. The staff were very pleasant . It is a very cosy inn. The breakfast is excellent and the food in general is good. Its' great that you can take your dog too.
  : Although our bedroom was lovely we found it very hot and we had to keep standing at the open door as we couldn't sleep . The weather was unusually warm too which didn't help ! There is no shelf in the shower to put soaps etc and the steep stairs to our room were difficult especially for someone with a disability. However this is all minor . This is a lovely place to stay.
