  : the location was excellent - close to the centre with great transport options, lots of good restaurants and not too busy - the apartment was well set up with everything we needed
  : it was hot and difficult to cool down even with the portable air conditioner

  : Good location in Lyon's posh area. Nice looking apartment.
  : I recommend against staying in this place. One of the rooms has a sewer leak somewhere, and it smells like death. We had to close off the room where we couldn't sleep. I reached out to the hosts asking for solutions, but all they could offer was a vague mopping that hid the smell for a few hours. The stench came straight back in the day.

  : Modern apartment not too far from the TGV train station.
  : Sofa bed broken and not usable - No aim to help in any way to fix problem of broken bed. Apartment full of Dust, it seemed no cleaning had been done for a long time. Many staircase and no elevator.

  : steep stairs, wonky a/c. Dify didnt respond about freezer broken, Wi-Fi not working, bed slats falling offtrendy restaurant downstairs stays open until 1am

  : The accommodation was not suitable, so we returned the keys without staying. It is in the location where we wanted to be, but after seeing it, we decided to forfeit what we had paid, and stay in a hotel instead.
  : The stairs were steep. There were wheelie bins at the bottom of the stairs. The bed linen was on the beds and were had to make our own beds. The property was advertised as having 2 bathrooms, but it only had a bathroom and a WC. The place is not as appealing as the photos make it out.

  : It was in a good location. The apartment has had extensive remodeling. The kitchen is great, the shower is good and we enjoyed the dining room table and chairs.
  : It is like they started to remodel and stopped short. The living room furniture and bed in the main bedroom were not great.

  : The location was great, it was very comfortable.
  : The building is opposite an industrial building site. Jackhammers start at 7am and go all day. There is a lot of pollution. The kitchen of the downstairs restaurant opens onto the hallway of the block of apartments. Residents have to keep stairway windows open (in winter as well) to get rid of the smell. The ground floor was full of overflowing garbage bins.

  : DO NOT STAY HERE. AVOID. AVOID.Dify Joli has retained the 700 I paid in advance for the stay I did not use PLUS my 500 deposit.I arrived with my partner on 30th May and was shown into the apartment by Tony. He made mention that there was no air conditioning, despite this site announcing on the reservation that there is air conditioning. At 6am we were awoken by huge noise from a construction site metres away.I immediatelycontacted Dify Joli telling them of the problem with particularly loud noise. and asking to find us another apartment.There is a construction site across the road from the apartment which is TERRIBLY noisy not to mention the street noise. I askedif we could be relocated, as DIFY Joli is not suitable for a restful holiday.I tried to contact Dify Joli 34 times on their telephone number and finally got an answer on a different number from their Facebook page.I spoke with Samuel from Booking.com on 4 different occasions for considerable periods of time and he advised that he sought a refund from Difi Joli on my behalf and I attempted to curtail my stay, I became increasingly frustrated as they rebuffed my complaint.I attempted to change my dates to cancel the rest of my stay. It was declined.I spoke tobooking.com, who also sent an URGENT email to cancel the rest of the booking and refund me all of my money.I was offered a derisory amount of compensation which was less than 10% of the money that I had paid.My partner took photographs of the building site across the road from where the noise was emanating and he saw that they were breaking concrete just across the road from the window. In the absence of air conditioning I had no option but to leave windows open. The noise was intolerable.Both Booking.Com and Dify Joli are on notice of the problem with noise in the apartment because of the constructionBoth Booking.com and Dify Joli were negligent in their duty of care by not giving notice of the construction to people staying
