  : Check in was not a good experience, we were 8 arriving at the same time with a problem regarding rooms already underway. Only 1 person to oversee/checkin all this and no superviser easily available. Hearing that they had overbooked by 7 rooms and that another reservation hadnt been respected made the initial experience stressful. Our reservation was available but perhaps problems should be dealt with more discretely ?

  : Really annoying to have so late a check in (5pm) and that it wasnt possible to accommodate two single beds when it was advertised as being an option. Also air con was broken in whole building - very annoying in the heat.

  : Requested for a double bed but 2 singles were put together. The linen was a flat sheet.My wife had gotten a few bites on her body. Possibly bed bugs?

  : Staff was not rude, but not helpful or friendly either. Morning desk person spent about 4 minutes filling out paper work while ignoring two parties of guests until he was done. No apologies or excuse me for making them wait.

  : The location was great. Easy walking distance to buses, airport tram and the main train station.
  : The property is in need of maintenance. We had 3 rooms with our party and 2 shower doors did not close properly. The result was that water poured all over the floor, no matter how careful we tried to be. Using a bathmat didnt help as you couldnt open or close the shower door with a bathmat in front of it. We told reception, but no one came to check.We stayed 4 nights, and the room was not serviced at all. When one of our rooms asked for a towel change, as they had been mopping up water from the shower, the hotel was going to charge them for the clean towels.Rooms for couples were ok, but for mixed groups, there is not a lot of privacy with open bathrooms.The reception staff need more training re the needs of travellers. We were given incorrect information with regards to parking, and were told a different story by each receptionist. Google maps gave us a more accurate answer.
