  : The location is great the pools are fine we spent most of time at the aqua park pools which we all loved. We mostly loved the entertainment team and there activities and shows.
  : What we didn't like about the property was the fact that half of the complex is owned by Turkish holiday makers who live there over the 3 months summer holidays they have. Which means that there have more entitlement to the facilities example the football/basketball courts. There children abused our kids and other English kids if they tried to use the courts there balls were taken off them the gates was shut on them the were screamed at. When is was raised twice with customer relations she informed us that this is half privately owned property and therefore they have more right to it and if our kids "can't play together then they just have to wait or not use it". When this then further got reported to her manager she then denied it saying it and manger surprised to hear this had already benn reported twice.!!. Another family were sat down early for evening show so to get good seats ,mum gets up go to toilet with little so leaves things on table with drinks and when she comes back all her table and seats were being used things at end of table when she approached this issue she was verbally threatened by a biggish man who happened to be a Turkish holiday owner, This obviously escalated it to a large issue and yet again customer relations lady and management was to simply say well maybe best we just move u to table somewhere else for the meantime.This issue was then escalated into the night and nxt day as more incidents just being unresolved.We all felt the end result was Turkish families come first no matter what and it's ok if they are abusive and rude because they are more entitled to it than other families as they are private owned holiday homes.

  : Generous food, staff helpful and tasty food and drinks.
  : I was so far from the main building so had to walk far to get to places, no lighting at night in my area, dusty rooms, too many mosquitoes and the smell of sewage in rooms. And the non stop loud music from morning to night.
