  : Top floor. Not recommended if you have big suitcases with you since theres no lift.

  : Location is top notch! 5 mins by walk to Gran Via. From there you can take metro and reach almost every where in Madrid. The staff is friendly and always try to make the stay most enjoyable.
  : The bathroom is very small and un comfortable. The sink is small so if we not carefull the water will spill on the floor. The sloped floor makes us feel a bit dizzy when wake up. There are noises on the street also at night (I guess because of the center location). The cleanliness is decent. There is no room service for the first day (they said that because they cleaned everything before we arrive, so there is no need to clean the next day after) and only from the 2nd day of our stays. Overall, with the price we paid (150eu/night), we expect more from the facilities.

  : Good position but too noisy. Very nice the shower and the reception ladies
  : The owner should improve the windows. To many noises from the street during the night. I know, is close to the downtown, but at least improve the window! The reception was located over our door and it was very noisy as well. We could hear every single word. Nobody cleaned up our room after first night. 3rd floor with no any elevator, broken windows in the stairs and very, very dirty stairs. It looks like favelas This would be a good option if I had paid 50/60 per night. But If they ask you 216 as they asked me for 2 nights....RUN AWAY!

  : The room is clean and warm, Niorka was lovely and very welcoming. The location is wonderful and very easy to access everything.
