  : The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. The place was spotless, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The bed was so comfortable.
  : However, considering the price point, the room felt a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around easily. Additionally, I could hear when people talking outside the room, which can be disturbing.Another downside was that it wasn't easy to find the hotel initially due to the lack of clear signage outside. The street has many hotels, so I had to check the building number each time I wanted to enter the hotel.

  : Very difficult to find!! Had to walk the street numerous times to locate it. Wasn’t properly explained that there was no lobby, it was above shops etc. and it was incredibly expensive to not have a lobby-room only €187!!

  : There is nothing I liked about this place because I never managed to check in. I arrived around 16:00 on the day of my check in, spent 30 minutes at the building trying to call the front door and the property, they never answered. The neighbors even let me into the building so I could call directly to the door where the reception is located. No one answered. Other residents confirmed there was none at the reception. They never tried to call me back even the next day. I had to book another hotel urgently and get another taxi to get there, which all resulted in additional expenses. Of note, the payment for the accommodation has been fully charged on my card.
  : Irresponsible service, would never book them again. Good thing I arrived in a daylight and not during the night. A lot of questions to booking.com customer support as so far it has been zero. They said the property didn't answer them and suggested I contact the property myself, which was my initial issue that the property doesn't respond. Even the next day they just cancelled my phone call when I tried to reach them again.
