  : Great location 5 minutes walk from the main shopping area and close to the historic sights and Cathedral and Palace. Good restaurants and wine bars close by.
  : All good although the last guest left her underwear in the wardrobe draws.

  : Very small shower. Information about accessing the apartment on arrival was limited and too late for people traveling who may have intermittent WiFi access. Booking info said someone would be there to meet us on arrival which means we did not focus as much on details but there was nobody there to meet us.

  : Location location location Just off gran via , so perfect location.Bed was super comfy and very big. Kitchen was fully equipped To be aware of Food shelter / bank opposite but the people attending are friendly and cause no issue.
  : Bathroom is a toilet and sink off the main living room - cudnt swing a cat in it , its tiny . Just about functional- for the price I expected more of a bathroom . Standalone shower is in the bedroom , good enuf shower, no warm water one morning but they got that fixed . Shower unit smells a bit musty but thats possibly because it has no window. Living room feels dark and narrow, windows are high up on the wall Floor at doorway needs fixed

  : Clean and good location High ceiling and spacious place. Nearby supermarket , Cafe and nice restaurantEasy to check-in and nice welcoming with sweets and drink. Good for staying for long period.
  : Price is quite high.. Facility- water is not hot during evening time so it is a little cold during shower....

  : The apartment was spacious and bright. The beds were very comfortable and large. Beautiful, central location and easy access to everything. The halloween decorations and sweets for the kids was a lovely touch. They were thrilled of course!
  : It would have been nice to have an option to check in early or leave late. However, they did help us locate a place to store our luggae securely which was very helpful as our flight was delayed.

  : The location is fantastic, just steps away from 2 great neighborhoods for shopping, eating, and wandering. Easy short walk to the Gran Via, and perfect location in general. The layout of the apartment is nice, with a kitchen, living room area, and a separate bathroom/bedroom area. With the window shutters down and the doors closed, it was quiet and dark like a cave for sleeping (great!). Single-cup coffee maker available for the morning, but even better, pop around the corner to the Costanza Caf.
  : Check-in is at a rather late 4pm, and since this isn't a hotel there appears to be no one on site there's nowhere to even leave your luggage if you arrive earlier. We had to use one of the (many) luggage-storage shops (e.g. "Locker in the City") to store our bags, an extra 15 or so, and generally inconvenient.
