  : The reception, spa, bar and restaurant areas were nicely decorated. The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection.
  : Despite being called the Aqua Hotel, ironically the tap water was undrinkable. There were vending machines selling water without any products in them. I overheard someone having to pay 2 at reception for water. The linen in one of the beds was full of sand. Some of the towels hanging in the bathroom had orange stains on them and hadnt been cleaned. The lifts were really dingy and not what youd expect from a 4-star hotel.The receptionist insisted on my paying for indoor parking in the garage, which was tricky to access and at a higher cost. I was refused an outdoor parking space on the basis that several coaches would be using the outdoor car park the next day, even though I told the receptionist that our family would be leaving early the next morning.

  : Hotel And rooms are really outdated. Not suitable for tall people as bed is 180cm long and 140cm wide. As my husband is almost 2m tall it was impossible to sleep here for him. Night receptionist was friendly and offered to rebook in the morning. But in morning the receptionist laughed at me and told me that there were no longer beds and that I made a booking via Booking.com and that cancellation was not possible without her manager. Few hours later I asked the manager to rebook us to another hotel with normal beds. She refused and told me to look for another hotel myself. I could get my money back for the remaining nights, but that was the best she could do. Very disappointing, zero service in this case.
