  : It was a great accomodation. If you are looking for a clean, friendly place to stay. We enjoyed our stay very much.

  : One night there was no hot water. This lasted until the following morning. The following night there was no water at all (apparently it was a problem in the village, but other hotels close by were still able to provide water in the bedrooms). The staff was helpful and offered us a free breakfast as compensation, but it is upsetting to have problems with water for more than 24 hours.

  : Overall, our experience at the 4-star hotel in Santa Susanna was disappointing. Throughout our five-day stay, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our comfort. The most concerning problem was the lack of water for two consecutive days, leaving us with no option but to wait for the issue to be resolved. Additionally, the shower cabin was in poor condition, with a loose shower head that sprayed water uncontrollably, making a mess of the bathroom each time it was used. Furthermore, the door to the toilet did not fully close due to scraping against the floor, compromising privacy. Despite these shortcomings, we must acknowledge the commendable service provided by the kitchen and cleaning staff, who were friendly and attentive. However, the overall experience fell short of our expectations due to the persistent maintenance issues encountered during our stay.

  : The walls between apartments were so thin you could hear everything being said in their room. The shower tray was badly cracked, and the safe in the room was broken.

  : Great Kitchen equipment if you want to cook! Anyway, if you prefer to eat breakfast it is really nice idea. Relax location. Staff did provide super Restaurant suggestion.
  : Except for the event we had to visit , there is not a lot to do at Santa Susanna. So better to come by car - There could be more bridge or tunnel to reach the beach.
